Safety and Rules >>

  1. We stress and reserve the right to terminate the shooting privileges of any person who disregards proper gun safety.

  2. All hunters must wear blaze orange.

  3. You must hunt with a dog.

  4. All hunters are required to have a valid Virginia hunting license or have attended a hunter safety course.

  5. Closed to Hunting Thanksgiving P.M. and Christmas.

  6. No alcohol prior or during the hunt.

  7. Hunters using their own dogs must so state when making reservations. Dogs must be under control at all times.

Virginia law requires all hunters to have a Virginia Hunting License or a Non-Resident Shooting Preserve Hunting License in their possession when hunting.  All hunters must wear an article of Blaze Orange, such as a hat or vest.  Eye and ear protection are recommended.  Hunting season runs September 1 to April 30.  All hunters must sign a waiver prior to hunt.
